Watercolor

My work on watercolor is both a self-taught skill and a family tradition. My grandmother and great-grandmother have many watercolor pieces. However, living away from them, I only get a few weeks a year to learn from them, soYouTube and the internet have given me a lot of my knowledge.

Perhaps it is the feeling of the thick paper under my hand or maybe it is the power of water spreading the pigment that I love so much. I have painted so many flowers, mushrooms and eyes.
